About

Since 2019, we've been the creative partner behind the films and storytelling mentorship of the Equator Prize, presented by the UNDP Equator Initiative — 70+ films across more than 40 countries and 60+ Indigenous and local communities.

Each year we reimagine the campaign's visual language through animation, youth-led narration, and cinematic editing, keeping each community's voice and authorship at the centre.

The Equator Prize, awarded by the UNDP Equator Initiative, recognises outstanding Indigenous and local community efforts to reduce poverty through the conservation and sustainable use of nature. Winners are honoured at a ceremony alongside global leaders, and their stories are shared with the world.

Seen from behind, a woman in a pink sweater, blue skirt, and wide-brimmed hat stands alone on a vast, parched plain, leaning on a farming tool. The expansive blue sky and barren landscape give the image a powerful sense of solitude and environmental hardship.
A Bolivian woman in vibrant traditional dress — an embroidered shawl, lace bodice, green skirt and feathered hat — laughs joyfully in profile against a wide open sky and salt flat landscape. The warm golden light and candid expression make the image feel alive with cultural pride and spontaneous happiness.
Two African women in colourful clothing embrace warmly in a sun-bleached field, one holding a large bundle of freshly harvested leafy greens. The candid, sun-lit shot captures a joyful moment of connection and shared labour.
A young child in a red lion-print sweatshirt gazes upward with delight in a sun-dappled forest, while an older woman laughs warmly behind them. The low-angle, close-up framing captures an intimate moment of intergenerational joy in nature.
An older Latin American man in work clothes and rubber boots sits at ease among the spreading branches of a large tree in an orchard, gazing thoughtfully into the distance. The wide documentary-style frame conveys a quiet sense of belonging to the land.
A young indigenous Latin American woman stands in a lush green forest, wearing an elaborate golden beaded collar and matching earrings over a dark garment. Her direct, steady gaze and striking adornment convey quiet strength and cultural identity.
